What are Sunday morning services all about at Sovereign Grace Church?

God-centered Worship

Our God is worthy of all praise and honor. We want Sunday mornings to be a time where the focus turns away from us and towards Him. We desire that Jesus Christ is made much of in what we say in word and in song.

Proclaiming God's Word

Because the Bible is our only infallible source of truth and revelation, we yearn for God to speak to us through it. There is plenty of time given to the pastors for careful teaching and application of the Bible to our lives.

Encountering the Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit graciously ministers to us each Sunday. We welcome His presence and depend on Him for conviction of sin and illumination of God's Word so that we can understand and apply preaching. We also depend on God's Holy Spirit to reveal God's will to us and to empower us for holy living.
