Starting Point is an eight-week introductory course that meets before the Sunday morning service. Offered several times a year, Starting Point gives you an opportunity to learn about our church's beliefs and practices and to get answers to your questions. The course is required for those seeking membership, but is open to anyone curious about our life together as a local church. Most people interested in membership find it very helpful as they prayerfully decide about joining. It's also an excellent way to get to know our pastors as they rotate teaching each week. The class covers the following topics:

- Our Inheritance through the Gospel
- Sanctification
- The Church and Pastoral Care
- Servanthood and Spiritual Gifts
- Money, Possessions and Eternity
- The Priority of the Family
- Our Mission
